每到假期，朋友圈就会被各类定位打卡的旅游美图刷屏。
但你不知道的是，有些打卡的定位信息其实是假的。
According to media reports, users can change the location shared in WeChat Moments with the help of a service available on some e-commerce platforms for as low as couple of yuan to dozens of yuan.
据媒体报道，用户可以在一些电商平台花几元或者几十元来修改朋友圈分享的定位信息。An investigation by Beijing Youth Daily found that the service is available on e-commerce platforms, but sellers have to be authorized to remotely log in the buyer's WeChat account to change the GPS location with a plug-in.
《北京青年报》调查发现，此类服务在电商平台有售，但是买家需要授权让卖家远程登录其微信账号，然后用插件修改定位信息。
【单词讲解】
这里的plug-in指a piece of software that can be added to a computer system to give extra features or functions（可添加入计算机系统以实现额外功能的软件），即“插件”。
网络游戏中用来作弊的“外挂程序”可以叫做tag-on service，指专门针对一个或多个网络游戏，通过改变网络游戏软件的部分程序制作而成的作弊程序（cheating program）。
记者调查发现，修改朋友圈定位服务主要有三种形式：单次人工代发、软件无限次操作、硬件永久使用。
单次代发一般只需10元、20元，需要用户自己先编辑好朋友圈内容，并设置为“仅自己可见”，告诉卖家需要的地理位置，卖家会提供一个二维码（QR code），用户扫描后将允许卖家远程登录自己的微信账号（remotely log in the buyer's WeChat account），并修改定位发布朋友圈。
软件无限次操作则需要用户购买外挂软件（plug-in software），一般在100元左右。用户下载APP，按照卖家发来的教程操作，即可无限次修改朋友圈定位。
此外，用户还可以购买一款像充电头一样的硬件设备（hardware device），插在手机上就能直接改变手机自身的位置，进而可以修改手机上任何软件的定位。
WeChat staff said that using plug-in software poses privacy and property security risks. Internet security experts also warned consumers not to buy this service, given the potential safety risks.
微信团队表示，使用外挂软件有隐私和财产安全风险。互联网安全专家也发出警告，鉴于潜在的安全风险，建议消费者不要购买此类服务。After gaining authorization through remote login, one can obtain the user's personal information and even implant trojans or viruses to the system, causing privacy leaks and loss of money, said an expert.
一位专家表示，获得远程登录授权之后，对方可获取用户的个人信息，甚至在手机系统中植入木马或病毒，导致隐私泄露及财务损失。WeChat's public relations team said on Thursday the technical department has launched a probe into the issue. WeChat was not aware of the existence of the fake location service and have been cracking down on the use of plug-ins, the team said. As of the first half of 2019, WeChat has banned about one million accounts using plug-ins temporarily or permanently.
10月10日，微信公关回应，并不知道有此类服务售卖，一直在打击外挂行为，截止今年上半年已对百万违规账号进行临时或永久封禁处理，技术部已介入调查。
10月12日，微信表示，就媒体报道的外挂软件售卖信息，正在与淘宝沟通，要求下架相关违规服务（have such services removed from the platform），同时再次提醒用户不要使用此类外挂服务，以免带来隐私、财产安全等多种风险。

全面振兴本科教育，教育部动真格了！
教育部近日发布了《关于深化本科教育教学改革，提高高校人才培养工作质量的指导意见》。
China's Ministry of Education has issued a guideline to deepen the reform on the country's undergraduate education and teaching and improve the quality of universities' talent-cultivation work.

这份指导意见提出了进一步改革的四个领域，即教育教学工作管理、教育教学体制、教学人员和组织保障。
The guideline, dated late September and published by the ministry on its website Saturday, proposed four areas for further reform, which are the management of education and teaching work, systems of education and teaching, teaching personnel and organizational guarantee.
该指导意见的目的是“培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”。
The aim of the guideline is to "nurture a new generation of capable young people who have a good and all-round moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetical grounding in addition to a hard-working spirit and are well-prepared to join the socialist cause," according to the guideline.
▌提升学业挑战度
《意见》称，高校要切实加强学风建设，要提升学业挑战度，强化人才培养方案、教学过程和教学考核等方面的质量要求。
Universities were asked to motivate students to study hard and make their academic tasks more "challenging," as well as allocate more time to students for reading and sports.
《意见》要求大学激励学生刻苦学习，提升学业挑战度，合理增加学生阅读量和体育锻炼时间。
▌全面提高课程建设质量
《意见》呼吁优化公共课、专业基础课和专业课比例结构，加强课程体系整体设计。
积极发展“互联网+教育”、探索智能教育新形态，推动课堂教学革命。严格课堂教学管理，严守教学纪律，确保课程教学质量。
The guideline called for development of "Internet Plus Education" and "smart" education to reform university classroom teaching and improve quality of the courses.
▌坚决取消“清考”行为
近年来，在部分高校存在这样一种现象：一些学生在毕业前如果还有“挂科”，学校为了保证毕业率，在毕业前为学生增加一次补考的机会，而且“清考”相对容易通过。
对此，《意见》指出，要严把考试和毕业“出口关”。加强考试管理，坚决取消毕业前补考等“清考”行为。
▌体育课不再走过场
培养合格的人才，除了学业过硬，强健的身体也不可或缺。
对此，《意见》明确要求加强学生体育课程考核，不能达到《国家学生体质健康标准》合格要求者不能毕业。
▌严惩学术不端严把学位授予关
对学术不端行为，本次教育部的《意见》也明令禁止。
《意见》要求，科学合理制定本科毕业设计（论文）要求，严格全过程管理，严肃处理各类学术不端行为。落实学士学位管理办法，健全学士学位管理制度，严格学士学位标准和授权管理，严把学位授予关。
The guideline also asked universities to improve appraisal systems to punish any academic misconduct and improve standards for degree conferring.
该指导意见还要求高校完善评估体系，以惩罚学术不端行为，并提高学位授予标准。
▌建立学业预警、淘汰机制
完善学分标准体系，严格学分质量要求，建立学业预警、淘汰机制。
学生在基本修业年限内修满毕业要求的学分，应准予毕业；未修满学分，可根据学校修业年限延长学习时间，通过缴费注册继续学习。
▌淘汰不能适应社会需求的专业
本科教育是否成功，还要看高校培养的人才是否符合社会需求。
对此，《意见》要求深化高校专业供给侧改革，建立健全高校本科专业动态调整机制，坚决淘汰不能适应社会需求变化的专业。
University majors that cannot adapt to changes of social need will be phased out, according to the guideline.
▌教授回归课堂
健全教师考核评价制度。加强师德师风建设，将师德考核贯穿于教育教学全过程。
切实落实教授全员为本科生上课的要求，让教授到教学一线，为本科生讲授基础课和专业基础课，把教授为本科生的授课学时纳入学校教学评估指标体系。
Universities should improve training and incentives for teachers to cultivate their devotion to teaching, it said.
《意见》指出，大学应该完善教师培训和激励体系，加强师德师风建设。

2020年度国考网上报名10月15日8时正式启动。本次考试主要采取网上报名方式，报考者可在2019年10月15日8:00至10月24日18:00期间登录考录专题网站，提交报考申请，笔试时间定为2019年11月24日。
China plans to recruit about 24,000 civil servants to work for 86 central agencies and 23 institutions directly attached to them in the 2020 civil servant intake, the State Administration of Civil Service said Monday.

10月14日，《北京市生活垃圾管理条例修正案（草案送审稿）》在首都之窗网上公开征求意见，时间截止到11月13日。
