活动流程表一览

? 热身之守护队旗

1- 守护队旗 -
游戏规则：一声哨往左，两声哨往右，机灵的反应才能笑到最后。Rules of the game: one whistle to the left, two whistle to the right, clever reaction can laugh last.

嘉宾们刚见面时的害羞矜持都在守护队旗的游戏中，慢慢放开了Guests were shy and reserved at the beginning,during the game of the guard team flag, they slowly became excited

2- 几只青蛙几条腿 -
游戏规则：当教练给出青蛙只数和腿数，嘉宾们就要随意组合按规定摆出相应数量了，组好CP，不要落单~Rules of the game: when the coach gives the number of frogs and the number of legs, the guests will be randomly combined according to the rules to do the corresponding number, be a good CP, do not leave alone ~

随着腿数的不断减少
大家都大开脑洞摆出各种造型

3- 安全培训 -
下水前的安全培训，大家都在认真学习INGKayaking safety training, everyone was learning seriously

4- 自由练习TIME -
经过简单培训后，嘉宾们互相帮助，穿好救生设备，选好桨，开始三三两两上艇了。After a brief training, the guests helped each other to put on their lifesaving gear, chose their OARS and started to get on the boat .

有的嘉宾选择了展示实力技术的单人艇，
也有初次下水的女嘉宾
选择了安全系数高的双人艇，
这时候，有些男嘉宾就主动出击，提出一同乘坐，
抓住机会，主动就会有故事~

5- 你是我的眼 -
这个游戏很容易让人们联想起被林宥嘉唱火的歌曲 ——《你是我的眼》，游戏中，男嘉宾坐在双人艇后座，持桨划船，但双眼蒙着，女嘉宾坐在双人艇前座，为小艇的前行指明正确方向性，然后与其他10个队伍竞赛，携手加油冲吧~
The game is easy to make you think of a hot song sing by Linyoujia -- "you are my eyes" ,rules of the game is, the male guest sitting in the back seat of the tow-man kayak, rowing, but his eyes be covered, the female guest sitting in the front of the tow-man kayak, indicating the right direction of the boat, and then competing with 9 other teams, come on!

6- 水上趣味大合照 -
划动小艇，一起摆出造型，留下最美好的回忆~Paddle the boat, pose together, leave the best memories ~
